Electronic safe: All units are equipped with a personal electronic safe located in the wardrobe in the main room. We advise you to use it to store your valuables.

In the event of an emergency : Please notify guest service immediately by calling “100”, and head to the nearest emergency exit, making sure to close the main door behind you after that, and follow the emergency signs.

Lost property: The administration is not responsible for preserving personal belongings left by the guest at his place of residence. Lost property will be recorded and stored for a specific period of one month only. Please contact guest service for any inquiries regarding lost items

Maintenance: The guest is responsible for any damage to the unit or furnishings for repairs and refurbishments according to the inventory list, which must be paid in full before departure

Guest parking is located at the entrance to the facility and next to it

The Holy Quran is available upon request and the prayer rug is in the master bedroom. The Qibla direction is on the ceiling

Safety and Security: Safety always comes first, please ensure that the door to your unit is securely closed at all times and use the electronic safe

Housing condition

The maximum number of guests allowed in the unit depends on the type of unit booked. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to additional guests and restrict the transportation of prohibited goods to the property, to ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests. Parties and gatherings are not permitted in the residence and smoking is not permitted in the non-smoking serviced unit

Rules and regulations

1-Tenants may not give the unit to other people for use or allow the use of residence other than the tenant’s own residence

2-Tenants are not permitted to install any televisions or other items inside the unit without the approval of management

3-Tenants must not do any work that would damage or distort any floors, ceilings, wall partitions, or any part of the unit

4-Smoking is not permitted in the non-smoking unit, any violation will result in an additional cleaning fee

5-All doors and other access routes to the dwelling must always be tightly closed

6-Pets are not allowed in the residence

7-The daily or monthly tenant does not have the right to recover the rent unless he leaves before the end of the contracted period. In the event of the tenant’s absence one day after the end of the contract, the management has the right to open the door of the apartment, dispose of it, and remove the tenant’s belongings to the warehouse without any responsibility on the management, and the contract is considered void

8-Tenants and visitors should always dress appropriately when using the hotel's common areas

9- Tenants must monitor and comply with all rules and regulations that may be issued from time to time, varied, or added by management
